About Investair

Stuart Frith and Tim McGowen founded Investair in late 2024. They saw that the ASX capital raising market had no shared record, so they built one: independent capital markets data for ASX-listed companies and the brokers that fund them. Their combined experience enables both founders to bring to market a product curated by industry experts in financial markets and industry technology.

Every trading day, 500 company announcements are lodged on the ASX. Investair turns each one into structured data, and that data now sits inside Claude. Ask a question in plain English: Claude understands it and the Investair database returns the facts. The combination replaces the work of reading every announcement, pulling out the numbers and building the spreadsheet. A broker, a company and an investor can each ask a different question and get an answer in seconds, with every figure traceable to its source.
